Troubles with power copies

Hello,

Sorry if this is very primitive in reference to this forum , i am pretty new in catia
could you please help me figure out how to do a power copy and having the parameter as an input ?
I clicked the publish button in the power copy sitting however when i instantiate the power copy , it creates a new parameter inside the parameters set.
Is there a way to have the parameter as input but keep only one parameter controlling all the power copies ?

not sure it's possible. But you can publish a parameter (in your PC) and link that published parameter to your length.2 from the tree...
