Trusses deflecting or something else?

Anyone see something similar to this? It looks like the trusses are starting to telegraph/deflect in the drywall ceiling and it is noticeable. There isn't any major signs of cracking but this is a brand new house and could get worse overtime with creep. Its more visible depending on the amount of light in the room but regardless of how visible it is its still there. The trusses are running in the same direction and spacing as shown in the ceiling. Anyone see this before and do you think this could be an issue?

Kmart30:
Stretch a string across the ceiling in several locations, in both directions, or use a laser level. Hold the string on 2" high blocks at both ends and measure up to the ceiling. If you don’t know the deflected shape of the ceiling this discussion could go on forever, when we are all guessing because you haven’t provided important facts of the matter. It looks like swelling of the ceiling sht. rk. at the trusses, and the dark spots (lines, areas) are shadows of the low (swollen) sht. rk. areas. Look up in the attic or fl. space above this ceiling level and see if you can see any water staining on the trusses or on the back side of the sht. rk.

Thank you for all the responses; I was really scratching my head on this one as I wasn't really sure what was going on. My first thought after seeing this was that it has something to do with the trusses because of the obvious pattern. That was the main question here and I originally thought deflection due to the patterns being worse in the mid-span areas. However, after looking closely I do see how its more of a local "swelling" at each truss which doesn't indicate a deflection issue. I still am going to use some string lines/lasers to completely rule this out but even so the trusses have some play here. Not as being a structural issue but just as what the pattern is showing. I will do some further investigations and report back with some pictures....thanks again for all the feedback.

Difficult to see in the pictures, but it looks to me like thr trusses might be pulling upward from shrinkage. You need to pull a stringline as others have noted.

The pattern is consistent along the truss. The drywall is fastened along the truss at every 6 to 8 inches. With thin drywall and wet trusses as Mike suggested, this could be the issue, just requires more investigation. Too consistent along the span, even close to supports, to suggest downward deflection.
