Tube and deformed bar embed

I disagree with your approach. The horizontal force (WL) will develop not only tension but also bending moment on the deformed bar. It would be better to use angle to reduce the eccentricity.

I agree with what HTURKAK suggested, and instead of rebar, use automatically end-welded studs.
