Can someone please confirm if I'm reading a drawing for a pressure tube correctly. The drawing consists of data for a Leonard tube bender. The following data is given:
length 17.5", dia 0.25", rad 0.75", Bend procedure R/H.
Bend, Dist from A, Bend, Dial
1, 15.063, 79, 0
2, 12.125, 85, 84
3, 5.22, 51, 284
4, 2.875, 46, 116
The length, bend angle and radius parameters seem to make sense but I wanted to check how the dial angle should be read.
Many thanks

The customer should have noted either CW or CCW rotaion for the dial angle. I would clairify with them.

what your data looks like is "pak" data. it works off of the developed length of the tube and the arc lengths. the rolls work off of each other, draw a dial from 0 to 360 using right hand rule and use one roll to another. example aif you were to roll 180 for first bend, then 120 dial num would be 100 and so on. remember the "a" end of your data starts at the back of the bender or collet end.
