Turbine air starters

Hi,

Trying to find a constant pressure turbine (like the ones used in turbine air starters) with an outer diameter between 1.5 and 2 inches!
Off-the shelf they go up to 3 inches. Even better if it is a complete starter (inclusive RGB).
Any ideas?

Just an idea! Have you check any of the surplus stores and aircraft wrecking yards?
