Dear All,
I have construction for turbine stator and rotor container, these purpose for storage with internal pressure 5 psi using injection nitrogen. These fabricated not according to any code.
I do hydrotest at 10 psi for 1 hour of holding time. during hydrotest, I found deflection on container wall.
my question, how much the allowable deflection for container wall for non code container storage tank?
