Hi,
Anybody out there knows
1. The relation between cylinder pressure of an diesel engine and its crank angle? For the time being, I just know the equation that relates the torque and crank angle.

Is that correct if I use the Pv diagram..Means that, I have to determine the volume first ( by calculating the trigonometry of the stroke, crank angle)than I will get the pressure from the pV diagram. These seems so complicated, right? Is there any superb equation?

2.And how much turbocharging affects the performance of an diesel engine? Yes, approximately, it would be improves to 50% of power (if I'm not mistaken), but...how to determine the increased pressure.

Thank you.
