I would like to have the snaps in sketcher turned off unless a command that requires them is invoked. Mine is set up to have them always on. I've looked though customer defaults but found no switch that would do this. Probably right in front of me here...

When I create a sketch or worse edit a sketch snaps are activated regardless of what my intentions are. Open sketcher next time and try to select a line and see if snaps are on. Mine are and I'm always having to turn them off. If I select say a line command ok that is when I want them available. Generally though, I want them off. There must be a default setting somewhere.

Hi,
My laptop is off at this time.
I don't know if we can disable it by default, but I don't agree with you because without any menu open, you can select 2 points then choose coïncident constraint. It is how NX works
