Hello everyone,
I am a mechanical engineering student and for my project I am designing a hydraulics system, with two cylinders. The cylinders must be synchronized. I am able to do it when the load is the same on both, via fluidSIM simulation program, but once I change the loads, the cylinders work faster or the pressure becomes a problem. How can I make them synchronized? I looked for help in google, but I have to make a hydraulic diagram, which is the problem.
The specifications are:
Flow = 8 L/min, 4 L/min for one cylinder
Pressure = 160 bar (Working)
Pump max pressure is 195 bar
3 position solenoid valve for controls.
Help and responses are much appreciated!
