Two Phase brushless Motor Drive

Does anyone know of a supplier of 2 phase brushless DC motor controllers.

Requirements:

1. Voltage = 270Vdc
2. Continuous current = 10 amps
3. Peak current = 40 amps
4. Sine commutaion
