Hi,

I am building a machine in the USA that is destined for Greece. My customer has asked that I supply it with a power cord with a Type F plug. I have consultants over-seeing my design process to assure CE compliance. The consultants have suggested I use a power cord that is H07RN-F approved. I have found a power cord that is to their liking, but I am having a difficult time finding a source in the USA for the Type F plug. When I google this, I have been able to find pre-made assemblies that include both the power cord and the plug, but I have not found one for which the cord has the H07RN-F approval I am looking for.

I am hoping I can find a Type-F plug with internal screw terminals that will allow me to use my own power cord of choice. If anyone here knows of any suppliers that would be likely to have something like this, I would greatly appreciate it.

Thanks and best regards,
Paul

Type "schuko plug" or "16 amp plug" into Amazon. Look for a listed or reputable seller (a lot are Chinese knock offs, so choose wisely).

H07 cable is a high temperature rubber. Is there a reason why the more common PVC-insulated type which is commonly used in European pre-wired cordsets isn’t suitable?
