Type of GE Fuse and Fuse Sizing

I want to know more details on this GE Fuse, It is hard to find the info on the Web.

Please see the attached. Does this fuse come under Nontime Delay or Dual element(Time-Delay) Fuse?

According to NEC code, what should be the Max fuse size that can be used for 460V, 220A, H Class, 60HZ, 1.15SF Motor?
