U-1(C)(2)(C) interpretation to the outer casing of API 610 double-casing pump VS6 and VS7

I am confused by U-1(C)(2)(C) interpretation to the "integral parts". I am wondering if the outer casing of pump type VS6 and VS7 in API 610 are "integral parts".
