U-1A forms

I have a vessel where all the connections were not listed on the U-1A form. The ones missing are small couplings.
Are all the connections required to be listed?

In this case I would suggest you look in Appendix W,Note 41.
Remember this is nonmandatory and a guide.

Do you have to in this case? Depends.
