I heard that to start UG-customization I must learn C languages. Can anybody guide me regarding the topics and important things before I join or learn C#...

What exactly do you want to customize?
For writing an application program, then the API may be the solution.
But there are many other ways to customize NX - in the UI, with wizards, rules, etc.
