UG NX 8.5 Installation Error

Hi All,
I want to install NX 8.5 on my laptop.
But when I first start installing NX License server It shows error "INVOCATION TARGET EXCEPTION" and it says the application will now exit.

I have a HP Laptop 64-bit and windows 8.1 installed.
Please someone help me in this issue.

Right click on exe for the license service install and select properties.
Select the 'Compatibility' tab.
Check the box 'Run this program in compatibility mode for:'
On the pull down menu, select 'Windows 7'
Select 'OK'
Then run the exe
