UG OPEN, tool libraries

Hi guys:

I want to know, if with NX open you can customize a subprogram
and load it, this subprogran can make NX tool librares become separate?? I mean.

tool_yasda folder, with all the holder.dat and tool.dat etc archives inside this folder and the tool_hermle folder, inside this folder all .dat archives.

I let you a photo, I want to customize but I am so new user on NXCAM.

I don't know how many ways are for customizing this.
