UG - usb license file (dongle)

I have NX4 installed on my laptop and also a USB dongle that is is used to run it. The license file is not configured properly & I can not figure out how to get my server to point to it.
Any help is appreciated.

reinstall the latest sentinal drivers for a start and see if that helps.

I tried a few things but I'm not sure how to get license server to recognize dongle. The UG used to be hooked up to read license from a server at work but now I'm at home and am trying to get it to see the dongle. I do believe I have to get the settings to point towards it but I'm not sure how.
