UG Zip utility issues with NX 7.5 on Win x64 OS

Is anyone experiencing a problem with getting the browser to appear?

Its on my drop down menu and I get the "Zip Assembly" dialogue... but when I try to get out onto the hard drive it fails to give me the browser.
