UHP systems for tube descaling

I should specify for a customer in middle east a complete system to descale tube side of a heat exchanger heating a solution with unexpected quantities of calcium sulphate.

I have always relied on external services for that but, due to the location, they prefer to have their own trolley-mounted groups.

Does anybody know the manufacturers of these? Thanks-
