Hi,
I am a new member here. I am looking for some information about picking and placing soldering machine, maybe someone could give me few examples about it.
P.S. I have to make 50 000 of circuit on PCB. Waiting for wise advise.

thanks

I've did work on both pick and place and thru hole machines for several years. At the quantities you specify and your apparent level of knowledge. You would be better served just contracting out the PCB board assembly.

Even the cheapest ones start at like $50K USD.. Not to mention setup/training/reflow oven/conveyors/buffers/board stackers,etc... You would be very hard pressed to setup a SMT line for under $250K.

Obviously you farm this job out to a SMT assembly house.

P.S. I know that circuit won't work, but just to get an idea..

Go to digikey.com and add up the cost of your components (based on tape and reel pricing) then add a dollar or 2 for the circuit board and then add 5-10 dollars per board for assembly. That will give you a "rough" price.
When you have the BOM/Gerbers/NCDrill/PicknPlace files simply ask for a quote from a SMT assembly house.
