Hello all,
This might seem like a very basic question, but I'm unable to flip the sketch orientation after a sketch has been created.
These are the steps to recreate the problem:
1. Start with a blank default part
2. Create a sketch on XZ plane of default coordinate system (checkmark for create intermediate datum csys and associative origin, sketch orientation is horizontal)
3. Click OK
4. Finish the sketch
5. Edit the created sketch
6. Start the Reattach sketch command
7. Double click the normal sketch axis the flip it
8. Double click the vertical sketch axis to flip it
9. Press OK
As you can see, this did NOT change the sketch orientation the way it was intended.
See the attached image where the problem happens.
Note that the problem ONLY happens with the Reattach sketch command, there is no problem changing the orientation with the Create sketch dialog.
