I'm modeling a dam-reservoir system using couple structural-acoustic analysis method by Abaqus. I see 293 unconnected regions error and tried to find out which are the unconnected regions using unconnected_regions command. However, I'm unable to find out where to view the sets generated by the command. I tried perusing through the other posts, but I failed to find the answer.

Also, I'm attaching my .cae file here. Any kind of assistance is deeply appreciated.

Thanks.

When you set unconnected_regions=yes for datacheck analysis, Abaqus will generate element and node sets named MESH COMPONENT N (where N - component number). They can be found in Results tree under Output Database —> job_name —> Element Sets/Node Sets.

Another way to check if all parts are properly connected is to use modal analysis.

In order to fix these errors, try increasing adjustment tolerance in tie constraint settings.
