Dear all,
Does anyone have experience with the standard in the title.
The next points are not clear to me. Perhaps someone who implemented the standard already can clearify this for me.
Test method C section 13.1
- It states “level the material”. Is there a standard way of levelling the material, if I would loosely shake it wouldn’t I influence the measurement?
- It states to “measure the height of the loose material….H1”. What is the right way to measure this height? By applying the plunger on the material? But how would I than control that the plunger does not compress the material when it touches it?
Is there any company you know of that is specialized in making such equipment as per ASTM standards?
Thanks!
