Underwater Anchor Bolts and Sealant Materials

I am installing a new stainless steel weir plate on our plant outfall flowing into one of the bayous at a gulf coast petrochemical plant in Houston area. I was reading in a similar thread where the writer cautioned the readers of using epoxy anchor systems under water due to shrinkage especially in cold climates and encouraged the use of expansion or undercut anchor bolts. I am also curious about the type of sealant material I should consider using between the stainless steel weir plate and the dam wall. I look forward to getting any feedback on the anchoring system and the sealant material for this underwater application.

You might want to contact a industrial coatings supplier for input. Tnemec and Ameron are the 2 I'm most familiar with
