I am trying to weld together two different wall thicknesses due to availability of material. The difference is 0.093 inches. I know that in B31.8 I can go all the way to 3/32. However, this is 31.3.
Can anyone point me to the code and section I should be looking in? I have looked through 31.3, B16.25, and Section IX. I think I may be passing over it.
