I have no idea.

The manufacturer is not listed in the 2021 edition of the Fastener Insignia Register.

And nothing was found in the latest edition of Mil-HDBK-57H.

I'm suspecting that it's grade 3, but without knowing who manufactured is, then it could possible be suspect counterfeit.

There's no listing for "Bosch" or "Apple" in the USPTO Fastener Register (2021).

The Bosch website shows something similar, , but not the same.
Apple website shows nothing at all.

Korea bolt (Seoul, Korea) has something similar, , but again, not the same.

I saw that from Highland bolts, , , but still not the same

I've been scratching my head for the last few days trying to fine a match, , ,

It seems to be a double lined anchor shape on one side, then a single line arc on the other side.

Mike

I see half being an anchor shape, but I don't see the other side as being identical.

I'll send them an email and ask.

Thank's so much for this insight swinny.

I think you may be right.

I sent an email to Highland Fasteners to enquire.

btw, ,
How do you guys insert the photo directly into the message body?
I tried the click above with the Camera Image, but nothing happens.
The only thing seems to be the file Attachment link below.

What am I not doing correctly?

MikeEmilio:
It really boils down to the following: if you are bolting a couple shelves together, or bolting a simple bed frame together, at home, almost anything (any bolt) is probably o.k.; but if you are making a piece of seriously designed OEM equipment, and the supplier can’t trace the origin of the bolts, and provide reliable paperwork on their specs. etc., you can’t do business with them. Anyone can stamp anything on the head of a bolt, and it shouldn’t be your responsibility to hunt the universe for the origin of that particular stamp, which reputable agencies don’t seem to recognize. With the advent of the world wide, instant gratification, economy, everyone wants a piece of the action, and they don’t give a damn about meeting any meaningful specs. or stds. as long as it looks like a bolt. And, unfortunately, a good share of the buying public doesn’t know the difference either, so they buy this cheap junk at the big box store.

Yes, , , your absolutely right dhenger.

The fasteners would be used on military equipment, so safety is paramount.

I've had no reply from Highland, which increases my concern.

I've discussed this with the holder, and action to segregate stock is expected.
