upgrading from 2 old dino monitors

I have two HP 30 " monitors for use with NX (1953 at the moment).
I would like to upgrade since the oldest one is from 2007 and, even if both are HP, I can't get the dispay settings the same (contrast, colortemp, the like).

Now I have the option of replacing both monitors at the same time with 2 identical monitors or get one curved monitor (49").

Does one of you users work with a curved monitor and if, would you recommend it over a dual monitor setup ?

I do not work with a curved monitor, but I have worked for at least a few years on two and three monitors.
It works great, and with the low price of monitors today it is probably the best way to go.
