Hi,

I need to calculate the benzene concentration emanating from a storage tank. The benzene concentration in the liquid is 0.1%. The problem i have, is where do i enter it in the Tanks model to calculate the benzene emissions from the tank over a year....?

Any help on this would be appreciated, thank you.

In tank Contents, use the Speciation option and Multiple Componenets

Thank you for the reply, I already setup the tank dimensions and liquid. I used Petroleum liquids, multiple liquid and Partial Speciation. I then add a component (Benzene) and specify that the precent of total liquid weight is 0.1%.

Then I run the report an error occurs saying that the vapour mole fractions or vapour weight percents for the component information you entered add up to more than 1.

Do you have any ideas for me to correct this? Please note that i created this liquid as it was given to me by the chemical engineer.
