Dear Friends,
we have an installation wherein intend to use a galvanised iron clamp outdoors to fix copper tape with its base saddle on the roof ridge ( see picture attached) .For preventing galvanic corrosion we intend to use a cranflex gasket at brass to G.I. junction ( as in picture) and to apply Penguard universal paint treatment for the G.I. clamp.Kindly advise the solution will endure the outdoor climate and no corrossion ( chemical and galvanic both)is resulted.

A.Climatic conditions
max summer temp : 55 deg celsius
average winter min temp : 0 deg celsius
Max sun radiation temperature : 84 deg celsius
rain : yes
dust : yes

B.Analysis of Junctions
Junction 1: G.I. to G.I. - index 0.0- 0.0 = 0.0 volt ( safe)
Junction 2: G.I.( paint treated) to S.S. - index ??
Junction 3 : G.I.( paint treated) to S.S. - index ??
Junction 4 : Brass to S.S. - index 0.4-0.5 = 0.1 volt ( safe)
Junction 5 : Brass to Copper - index 0.4 - 0.35 = 0.05 volt ( safe)

Brass to G.I. (paint treated) - Cranflex gasket used as in picture.
