USB driver for Win 95 ?!

I have device that shall be connected to the PC via an USB port. I was told that USB could work only with Win 98. I have Win 95 and I don't want to change to 98. Would you tell me if there is any USB driver for Win 95 ? I tried "Belkin" driver but it doesn't work.
I appreciate any help.
