use of IBC in countries other than USA ?

Is the IBC (or portions thereof, say, for wind and seismic?) adopted in any countries outside the US?

My partial answer is "yes", Saudi Arabia and Abu Dhabi, as per SK Ghosh:

Yeah, I always wince when I hear that. But at least with baseball there are Canadian teams as well as US ones. But when people refer to the Superbowl winner as "world champion", well, it's embarrassing.
