I would think that using split-stream injectors (like those used in a 4-valve per cylinder head) in a 2-valve head would result in more wall wetting.
The motor in this case is a BMW M20B25 (bathtub chamber, 2-valve) and the split-stream injectors from a M50B25 engine (pentroof, 4-valve).
People are using these newer injectors to replace clogged original injectors on high-milage engines. I would think it would be better to source injectors of a single-stream variety.
Any thoughts as to performance or emissions?
Thanks
