Greetings,
I am looking for some useful engineering magazines to subscribe to.The problem is,I have found tons in amazon.com but I have no idea whether they are any good or not.Can anyone recommend any "mainstream" engineering magazines useful to mechanical engineers who deal with machine design and factory automation?

Thanks in advance...
...Happy New Year to all of you!

Same as Hydtools mentioned, plus
Gear Technology
if you are interested in gear design.
All of them are free in USA.

Don't know where you're located, but in the UK we get engineering magazines from the following and many are free to legit businesses, but their websites are pretty comprhensive and save paper!

I would never pay a dime to subscribe to an engineering magazine. In industry, you are bombarded constantly with free magazine subscriptions. I spend more time trying to take myself off mailing lists than getting on them.
