user manual for Carrier E20-II Hourly Analysis Program (HAP)

I am looking for a user manual for the carrier E20-II hourly analysis program for the building load calculations.
Has anybody got it (in PDF) or knows the link to it.

If you have a legal copy of the software, you can get it easily from Carrier.

If you have the program, but lost the manual - here's a good way out.

Use the F1 button (help) wherever you need an explanation and the program would provide help on the topic !!!

I believe you can download it from Carrier's site if you put in your User ID or whatever they call it.
