User Profile wont run button?

We have a button we created that opens a UTD file.
This UTD file loads a window with 6 buttons. Those 6 buttons are connected to 6 different macros.

We have two people who when they select the first button, nothing happens. Everyone else will get the popup window with the six buttons in it.

If someone else logs into their computer with their own name, the button works fine. So we know that it is something with the personal profiles of these two people that they cannot get the UTD file to open. As a very last resort, IT will need to delete their profile and let their computers create new ones, but they would lose a lot of things. They would literally need to completely reset-up everything they work on.

Currently, I am showing them how to run the six macros manually without going through the UTD file.

We are just wondering if anyone else may have had this problem before and may know what file might have corrupted or something.

I am currently waiting for them to send me the Help Log file. Due to shutdown we are all working from home. Doesnt make this easy. lol

Update

Doesn’t make sense to me. I find this line right near the end of his Log File...

*USRT: Read User Tool 'R:\hms_tools\NX11\Processing\macro\DTM_COLOR_CONTROL-DIRECTION.utd'

However I run the button on mine and get the log file and I find the same line.

On his it is followed by…

&MACRO FOCUS CHANGE OUT 1
&MACRO FOCUS CHANGE OUT 1
&MACRO FOCUS CHANGE IN 1

Since mine works it starts with “Focus change in” and his doesn’t work so it has “Focus change out”.

Other than that, there are no errors or anything.
