I am doing documentation for an enterprise rollout. There are 42 sites that have the same components but different information (ie IP address, user, password, server name, etc..)
I'd like to make one drawing and place variables that reference a spreadsheet for all the data that will change for each site.
Is this possible?
If so can I easily do a save as and just point the new drawing to a different spreadsheet or page?
Is there a better way to do this? Software other than visio?
