Hi, I'm working on a curved needle which consists of a OD.054 x ID.045 tube with a 90 degree bend. The overall length is around 12". A .020 X .050 slot at the proximal end (opposite the bend and tip)is used to control the orientation of the shaft relative to the bend and tip. I've established the centerline of the tube and the slot as my primary and secondary datum but do not know the best way to apply it to the bend. The intent is that the bend and slot would be coplaner within 2 deg.
