V5 Settings

Hello All,

I am running R11 SP4. I was wondering if anyone knows of any settings I can turn on or off to increase performance. I have a Progressive die with about 700 parts that is 270megs. I am running HP XW4100, P4 2.80mhz, 2gig RAM, NIVIDIA 980XGL graphics. Any help would be great.

Hi Dwoody1,

Increase the Level of Detail While Moving meter in Tools- Option- Display -Performances. 15-18 is quite enough.

Hi,

Using "shading" only, not "shading with edges"

With some graphic card, not showing the tree (F3) improve perf.
