Is there a setting for dual dimensioning (mm/in) in the drafting workbench?

You can use Properties to change existing dimensions - under the VALUE tab there is an option for SHOW DUAL VALUE. Directly below that you can define the units, precision, etc for primary and secondary values.

Or, the ADMIN can setup a dual dimensioning standard.

And yes, if there is no standard, you have to do each dim individually!
