V5R18 Runtime Error

Catia V5r18/r19, Windows XP 32 SP3, HP Z400, 4gig memory, Quadro FX1800.

We use SAP interface with Catia. When I try to open a certain file I get Runtime Error and it closes Catia. This is in V5R18. If I load it in V5R19, it loads fine.

Another user is able to load the file in V5R18 with no problem. That machine is an older HP machine, not sure on the specs.

We have not had this issue on any other files. There's 4 versions in SAP and all 4 give us this problem.

Anyone have any ideas?

FYI, the problem was a few of the machines did not have the same service pack loaded as the older HP machine.
