V5R21 - Reporting Window - No connection to ENNOVIAV5 - how do I get around this?

Every time I open a drawing that comes from another company and try to take a measurement from a view Catia V5R21 opens up this annoying window and doesn't let me go any further. It didn't/doesn't happen on V5R19, so opening older drawings is not a problem.

Is there some setting I can change to solve this?

Hi,

Check your settings in Infrastructure - Product Structure Panel , ENOVIAvpm. Maybe there is something.

Thanks Ferdo, I went down the ENOVIAvpm list and clicked/unclicked everything one at a time without success. I checked the settings on R19 and they are the same.

Screenshot attached shows the window that pops up.

Any other thoughts?

Try to use "New From" and let this drawing, probably the other company is using a PDM system for newer drawings.
