Vacuum assisted resin infusion failure

Help!

I have encountered a problem while doing my infusion set up (refer to attached file). I could not pull any vacuum through the set up. Does anyone have any experience in such set up? We have sealed every possible air leakage with sealant tape however still unsuccessful with it. Thank you in advance.

That's not much to work with. It's some C-channels forming a frame with no plumbing or part or bag or any pertinent detail.
