What are the inlet and outlet vacuum condition in Rupture Disk?
And how are they determined?

if the vessel connected to the rupture disk can experience vacuum, then this need to be specified in the rupture disk specification. Manufacturer will decide whether to provide vacuum support or design rupture disk accordingly.
