Vacuum / Pressure Air Pump

Does anyone know of a positive displacement pump or any vacuum pump that would have a break horsepower of 1-1/2hp or less that can reach 12"Hg, with 34cfm or greater at the 12"Hg, and handle 6psi for a discharge pressure?
