Hello,
I need some guidance in selecting a vacuum pump that is to remove the air/HNO3/HF fume in a cylinder that is partially immersed in an acid bath and let atmosphere push the acid back to the cylinder.
The following are some operating conditions:
- Low vacuum
- Room temperature
- About 5 mins per operation
- Free Air Displacement ~1 CFM
Please share some technical insights such as whether this should be oil-free pump. It would be great if anyone knows of the brands of some exhaust/vacuum pumps that are compatible with HNO3 and HF fume. Thanks.
