Does anyone have some source code in VB 2005 Express Edition for a simple digital clock?
I've just got VB 2005 Express Edition to get back into some programming - I used to program in basic, pascal, fortran and assembler in pre-windows days.
I'm coming to terms with the NET framework and I can display the time an event occurs, such as clicking a button or opening a form... but I would just like to display the time and update it each second as it changes.
All my attempts so far don't work. It's something that was so easy in the old DOS/CPM and ZCPRII days... I'm convinced there's something simple that I'm not getting!
Thanks,
Al.
