What amount of ventilation is required by OSHA in a room where chemicals are stored?

You may want to check various sources and not just OSHA. First, if the chemicals are flammable, I would check with your insurer for their recommendation. This may also apply even if they are not flammable but are otherwise hazardous as a good start.
Second, if the chemicals are liquid, spill containment is likely to be an issue as well to be addressed.
If they are solid, the ventilation may need to deal with dust control or collection.
In all cases the ventilation requirement will also need to address emmissons control depending on the chemical. It may need to address hazops/hazmat issues.
I would first start with the MSDS sheets and their recommendations, then approach the suppliers and request data including information on other chemicals in the area. Another resource will be the DNR equivalent in your state as to regulations on emitting any fumes or dust. Finally, OSHA for chemical handling requirements.
