Console with connections to multiple tanks, as many as 30. Flex metal hoses that can be moved arround to bring product in from the tanks for blending receipes. Problem, field operator sometimes connects the wrong hose to the connection and board operator starts batch which results in a lost batch. I'm looking for a way to verify the proper hose(s) is connected to the proper connection(s). Note there can be multiple batches running, so a simple limit switch on the connection and the hose to show contact would not be enough since both could show contact but not to the right connection.
