Does anyone know of a manufacturer who can supply a 48" ID carbon steel closure rated to 5,000 PSIG?

I notice that the Bandlock product linked above is ranges to 100" and up to 2500 psi but my gut tells me that you may not be able to get both at the same time and I'd be (pleasantly) surprised if you could get a 48" version in 2500 psi. It is a nice looking door but I can't picture it being good for 5000 psi in any meaningful size.

Why the need for 48" if we might ask?

If this is a process vessel or Hx you might want to look at the Breech Lock from Kock or the Hemilok from Yuba

You may want to try LTS USA in Houston. They make a fantastic product for high pressure applications.

At this pressure and size you'll want a metal/metal seal. I can assure you that this is not going to be an inexpensive access. Probably over 500K.
